Description

My client are currently seeking a Content Producer with experience of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role will be for an initial 3-6 months and will be based remotely from home with travel to London.

About the role

  • You'll be joining the Trading Team which sits alongside other teams in Digital such as Service, Cable Join, Insight & Strategy and Apps. This team is responsible for building pages and digital sales journeys across acquisition. The focus is to simplify our browse and join journeys for mobile and optimise how we launch new products and services to market. You'll be working closely with teams outside of Digital such as Marketing, Commercial and Technology.
  • You'll support in improving the overall join experience; focusing on building new journeys and iterating on existing ones.
  • You'll need bright ideas, high energy and a commitment to improving our digital customer experience for good. You'll need to hit the ground running, be proactive and strong at problem-solving.

Required key skills (functional/technical)

  • Great communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • To be comfortable working on projects with cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • The ability to think creatively and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • People management and development, as line manager.
  • To be able to manage and prioritise workload, multi-task and manage a mix of issues, responsibilities and challenges
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems required, Adobe Experience Manager experience is essential - Strapi cms is preferred

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking requirements from various teams and working with pricing and proposition, marketing, product and brand teams to ensure best possible site content using Adobe Experience Manager, CQ5 and potentially Strapi cms.
  • Contributing to fully optimising online activity to drive Digital sales

This role is Inside IR35 so applicants must be willing to engage via an Umbrella Company. Max rate is £435 per day.
