As a Senior Copywriter - Customer Journey - London you will be joining in the middle of a digital transformation where you will be joining at an exciting time. The team you would be joining is using the latest technologies and you would be creating eye-catching and high performing content pages where you will be working alongside product teams in a fast-paced environment.
Senior Copywriter - Customer Journey - London will be responsible for:
- Putting the reader first in regards to how they will respond to branding
- Look at how customers view the current platform and how they would interact with the new platform and navigate it
- Revising the current landscape to identify improvements and keyword optimisation for sales
- Carrying out research with product teams and producing product documentation and drafts for banner ads for example to create consistency across all channels
