UX Designer Part Remote - London - £350-£425 per day - Education Tech - Outside IR35
I am working with a long standing client of mine who are after a UX Designer for an initial 3 month contract, I am fairly confident this will be outside IR35. This is for someone who wants responsibility and join a business who takes the Customer and UCD extremely seriously and puts it at the forefront of their business.
They are doing a quick and streamlined 2 stage interview process starting ASAP and offering a salary of £350-£425 per day.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business and customer problems, along with key requirements and turn ideas into Design concepts
- Own and govern a variety of UX artefacts including customer journeys, wireframes, information architecture and interaction design using data and insights
- Take a user-centred design approach and be comfortable testing assumptions with low/high fidelity prototypes across a range of different customer groups
- Inform design decisions through outcomes of qualitative and quantitative research; or through conducting this research where required (interviews, remote testing, surveys, customer feedback and analytics)
- Display that your solutions and designs are aligned with business and customer expectations
- Be data driven by use experiences and research results, while bringing breadth and original thinking into your approach
Experience & Skill set
- Experience working across a number of web based projects
- Preference on the UX side of design with a good eye for detail
- Used to working in Agile environments
- Comfortable running and owning workshops
- Present findings to senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working solo and within a team
- Close relationships with engineering and development
They are doing a 2 stage interview process and offering a day rate of £350-£425 per day and I am confident it is outside IR35
