The Role:
- co-oordinate engaging onsite promotional campaigns in live with corporate campaign activity
- visual merchandising of digital product across all categories on our website
- help implement personalisation programme
- Analysis of offline and online product performance to optimise product placement
- Merchandising & Personalisation SME
- Use product performance data to identify areas of opportunity
- Deliver clear trading actions and objectives
- Site Search Analysis, SEO optimisation
Experience & qualifications
- experience in a senior digital trading position within E-commerce
- improving processes and managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines
- merchandising and personalisation technology experience, ie. Bloomreach, Einstein, Dynamic Yield, monetate, Fredhopper or similar
- E-commerce platform and CMS systems knowledge
- SEO, Search Analystics, Google analytics
- basic understanding of HTML, CSS
- online shopping behaviours, usability and UX best practices
