Role: Creative Marketing Coordinator

Client: International Music/Entertainment company

Work Type: 12 Month Contract - Can offer either 5 days a week or 3 days (Whatever is your preference)

Location: Kennsington/remote

My international music client is currently seeking a Creative Marketing Coordinator to come on board on a contract basis. You would be responsible for helping expand visibility of their Global Catalogue international repertoire across all social media, streaming services and other online platforms through creation of marketing content and campaigns. Working closely with the wider marketing team to help create and develop marketing assets to engage and acquire audiences, improving the overall awareness of the brand itself.

Here you'll get to:

  • Create marketing collateral.
  • Assist the global marketing teams with content and campaign ideas, along with delivery of assets.
  • Develop marketing collateral with external designers and agencies, managing the process with direction and feedback.
  • Analyse the feedback of previous or current marketing campaigns; measuring the impact and outcomes of marketing activities.
  • Identify new opportunities and trends, adapting them to suit the Global Catalogue online audience.
  • Keep up-to-date on industry activities and trends, then reporting findings back to the team.
  • Develop and maintain effective, positive working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Provide support for the Creative Marketing Manager.

Candidates will be:

  • Experienced working with design and video editing software; Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Dreamweaver.
  • Creative and inventive, with the ability to show initiative and conceive interesting ideas for new marketing campaigns.
  • Proactive, reliable and responsible with excellent attention to detail.
  • Brilliant team player - willing to learn and share, with an open mind and open ears.
  • Great communicator - in person, on the phone and online.
  • Passionate for all kinds of music.
  • Very organised, have strong time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to a deadline.

It would be music to our ears if you were:

  • Proficient using Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Broad range of musical knowledge.
  • Experience working in marketing or advertisement.
