We are looking for a EU candidate for the below mentioned roleRole : ADMS Transition Manager
Remote role
Contract duration: 6 months
Any location in Europe is fine.
Core Mission of ADMS transition manager
Working as a key lead in the team in charge of transitioning 200+ applications from incumbents vendors to a unique selected target partner
Main project:
•ADMS transition from current incumbents to selected target vendor
Responsibilities:
• Work with BAFO Suppliers and BRMs/SMEs to scope Transitions Work Proposals (SoWs)
• Work with BAFO Suppliers and BRMs/SMEs to develop Transition Plans
• Evaluate and compare BAFO Suppliers Transition approaches and make recommendations
• Work with selected Supplier(s) to finalize Transition Work Orders (SoWs) and Transition Plans
•Work with responsible organization to present and handover contract specificities and process of monitoring and track vendor results
•Review and approve vendor's application transition plan and ensure alignment with other Galderma constraints and dependencies
• Manage Transition Initiation and Mobilization
• Oversee Transition Design/Delivery and Cutover Readiness
• Oversee Gateway Reviews
• Oversee Cutover and Early Life Support
• Oversee Incumbent Supplier’s Exit Management
• Manage Transition Project Budget & Financial Management
•Manage Transition Governance and Transition Work Order Change Requests
•Collaborate with communication and change teams (vendor and internal) to elaborate and change management and communication
Required Skills and Knowledge
A 5-year professional experience in managing complex IT projects.
Experience of working in Pharma industry (GxP) or another regulated industry.
Experience of working in global organizations with virtual teams
Strong Experience in prior ADMS transition projects
Education and Training
Master degree or equivalent with a specialization in IT or in-formation system.
PMP Certification is a plus. Scrum master certification is a plus.
English Fluent
French is a plus
