We're currently looking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter on an initial 12 month project working with one of our most innovative and fast-growing E-Commerce clients.You will play a crucial part within the clients recruiting process by Sourcing candidates, liaising with candidates, interviewing candidates to ultimately close and hire candidates. You will need to be able to inspire and motivate candidates to join the company. You must be passionate about providing a fantastic customer experience and have the desire to learn and grow within the company. You will be attending stand-ups, running sourcing session and attracting talent with your new ideas.

· Impeccable written skills
· Fluent English speaker
· Enjoy a fast-paced working environment

· Previous experience as a technical recruiter
· Experience in stakeholder management and closing offers
· Creating long term sourcing strategies
· Knowledge of LinkedIn and Boolean searches
· Bachelors Degree
