HR & Reward Manager - Birmingham

*Urgent Role*

We have an excellent reward manager role for one of our clients.

Skills:

  • Ability to compile, integrate, analyze and present data in the most appropriate format and tone depending on the recipient
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality at all times

Job Evaluation skills specifically Hay Methodology

  • Ability to produce and present documents, insights, and reports to a variety of audiences, including internal stakeholders at various levels in the organization
  • Time management & prioritization skills
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality advisory and technical services
  • IT skills - MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or equivalent

Pay Analysis and modelling

  • Project Management and Report preparation
  • Salary Administration

Knowledge:

  • Ability to understand and deliver projects using the knowledge of various pay design and organizational design principles and processes.
  • Understanding of the terms of the Remuneration Annex, Managing Public Money guidance, and their impact on pay strategy and policy
  • HRIS and Finance Systems
  • Planning, working to agreed deadlines, understanding how reward impacts and fits into other HR deliverables and programs

Type of experience:

  • Experience in operating at an operational level in a Reward team in a complex, rapidly changing environment
  • Co-ordinating and delivering annual pay reviews
  • Compiling and analysing data sets using in-house and external databases
  • Experience in working with different salary survey providers
