Engagement Analyst resource to work with the team implementing a new adoption and engagement function. Face to face meetings with our business colleagues to discuss the products and services delivered from our technology domain and supporting the new model of how we capture, track and communicate our product updates to bank colleagues are the core activities covered by this role. Responsibilities will include stake holder engagement and meetings, hosting forum/discussion and virtual clinics through Zoom, creating the content to be used in meetings (PPT, Office templates, SharePoint), writing comm's content to bank staff about our new products or updating our Intranet pages. Good appreciation and awareness of the products delivered from our technology domain is important - Virtual desktops, Azure, MS Teams, Zoom, Office 365, mobile UEM. Key to the role are strong writing skills, Excel data analysis, problem solving analysis, experience of building web pages/working with SharePoint. Beneficial to have experience of marketing, web analytics and digital video/graphics production.
