Pay Rate: £150 per day

VOD/Scheduling Campaign Coordinator

CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking a highly-organised VOD Campaign Coordinator to join a leading Global Media brand, supporting them by managing multiple types of content and content delivery schedules. The successful candidate will coordinator the VOD workflows from campaign creation through to successful delivery.

The role requires an understanding of VOD and content delivery to linear and non-linear platforms (eg transmission, make-lists, and media planning)

Role Responsibilities

*Create Campaign Titles & Activities in M360
*Create the promo TX dates & versions required eg This Week, Tonight, Thursdays
*Distribute Make-List to EMEA markets - Track Make-List approval & Sintec Code responses
*Keep EMEA markets updated with any Campaign or Asset changes
*Input Media ID's/House ID's support for EMEA schedulers
*Push Campaigns, Activities & Versions to Mediator
*Create Google Doc trackers
*Monitor Campaign & Asset Status
*Produce EMEA status reports for Media Planning & Production
*Produce "failed asset" reports and manage failed deliveries through to RFTX assets
*Produce UK status reports for Media Planning & Production
*Export Make-Lists - update schedulers on asset availability for scheduling

Required Skills & Experience

*Candidates must have a working knowledge of television broadcasting operations and Video on Demand platform workflows
*Knowledge of file-based delivery systems
*Excellent understanding of file formats and file-based workflows
*Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and work under the pressure of tight deadlines with changing priorities
*Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
*Flexible, positive attitude with a commitment to ongoing, on-the-job education
*Excellent IT skills
*Proficient with MS Office
*Strong communication skills & attention to detail
