Senior Creative Manager

My client is a highly successful and iconic creative technology and manufacturing company, that create exciting and innovative inventions and tech that no one else have done previously - and they're growing, fast!
As a Creative Manager, you'll be joining a talented multi-talented team working alongside many areas of the enterprise, supporting the delivery of tactical and global campaigns, across all the company's business channels.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be closely working with other Creatives, Copywriters and Commercial Managers, and originate concepts for campaigns across many touch points including retail communications, events, ads, digital and film.
- With creative thinking and reasoning, you'll facilitate creative strategies and transform them into dynamic executions - then manage development across the team to ensure a consistent message, implemented across the entire campaign.
- Your work will be at the centre of the creative process. Attention-to-detail is key to maintain consistency, as is your ability to think through and clearly communicate the 'Big Idea' and also the minutia detail which successful campaigns rely upon.
- You will be expected to deliver to a high standard, on-brand and within the agreed time frames.
Skills:
- A strong portfolio of work demonstrating your ability to carry a coherent idea through a wider campaign
- Experience with using Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premier)
- Experience of art directing for photography and film would be beneficial
- Self-sufficient experience of delivering projects from strategy to execution.
- An exceptional eye for layout and typography, an enthusiastic and creative thinker, a keen learner always developing skills and broadening knowledge, collaborative, confident presenting work, engaging, ambitious, able to interrogate and interpret briefs
- Resilient with a positive mindset - able to adapt and continue to develop concepts to meet evolving opportunities
