Interim Change Communications Manager
Pay rate: Up to £450 Outside IR35
Location: Reading (Hybrid - Flexible)
Contract Length: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP
A Hybrid working, Outside IR35 opportunity for a Change Communications Manager on an ongoing data migration (SAP) project. This role would have you working for a Global and industry leading business to deliver high quality and engaging communications across the business using various channels.
This role would be perfect for someone with a journalistic understanding of good content and the ability to curate and distil stories on a variety of topics.
Deliverables:
- Establish and drive project change management communications activities
- Design and deliver Internal communications to project teams and to end users
- Plan, design and deliver Workplace communications and administration of workplace groups
- Track and measure efficacy of communications and report on communications activities and efficacy
Desirable Skills
- SAP Project experience
- Experience in producing impactful, compelling communications for a globally diverse audience, ideally including non-office-based colleagues
- Experience in campaign management, executing campaign plans, and delivering on time and on budget.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with demonstrable experience in creating clear copy.
- Familiarity with content creation software such as Canva, and Adobe products would be advantageous, as well as experience in audio and video production.
