- £425 to £450 per day

The Opportunity:
Our client are looking to bring on an experienced User Researcher to assist and support with the delivery of significant public sector project for a major government department.
You will work within a skilled team of consultants, experts in delivering digital services and solutions, providing them with your best-in-class user research skills and experience.
The assignment is split between remote working and the need for office-based/client-facing time as and when required.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of planning, designing, preparing and running relevant research activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement of user experiences for GDS projects
- User Research delivery experience in a consultancy, agency or in-house setting
- Knowledge and practical experience of using a variety of UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative), with a strong awareness of their merits and weaknesses
- Experience of GDS, being in assessments and specifically discovery phase
* Security Clearance - this role requires candidates with current/recent BPSS clearance and/or the ability to pass basic security checks - 2 to 4 weeks.
