Experience as a copywriter in a B2C environment
Previous experience creating customer communication including canned responses and educational blogs
Robust understanding of how copy (good and bad) can affect brand perception
Experience writing copy to deliver complex processes in digestible terms
Experience working with multi-functional teams
Experience writing copy for Sales and Retention strategies is advantageous
Experience writing for omnichannel B2C business
