My client, an NHS organisation based in south east England are currently recruiting for an interim to support the corporate governance team for a period of 3 months.

You main responsibility in this role will be to ensure that standards are maintained within the department whilst a permanent member of staff is recruited into the position.

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience;
  • Corporate Governance
  • Risk and Assurance
  • Minute taking experience
  • Writing meeting agendas
  • Supporting committee meetings
  • Company Secretary experience is desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This will not be a project driven contract, you will be required to support the governance team in all aspects of corporate governance during your time at the organisation.

To be successful in the role you will ideally have experience in a similar role where you have supported a corporate governance team within the NHS.
