* Administrative support for the document controls department.
* Coordinates the review and approval of GxP documents using the docspace document management system.
* Reviews documents to ensure obsolete references are not present in the documents.
* Provides guidance to document originators, ensuring documents are created / edited per current procedures and regulation requirements.
* Runs docspace system reports to tracking status progress for all reviewed documents.
* Knowledge in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel)
