Description
My client, an NHS organisation based just outside of London are looking to recruit a Complaints Co-ordniator for a period of 3 months.You main responsibilities in this role will be;
- Dealing with a caseload of complaints
- Writing response letters
- Dealing face to face with complainants
- Logging complaints on DATIX
- Working with clinicians to collect evidence and statements
You must have similar experience in an NHS setting and be confident using DATIX.
My client is looking for an immediate start.
