My client, an NHS organisation based just outside of London are looking to recruit a Complaints Co-ordniator for a period of 3 months.

You main responsibilities in this role will be;
  • Dealing with a caseload of complaints
  • Writing response letters
  • Dealing face to face with complainants
  • Logging complaints on DATIX
  • Working with clinicians to collect evidence and statements


You must have similar experience in an NHS setting and be confident using DATIX.

My client is looking for an immediate start.
