Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in Greater London are currently recruiting for an interim Complaints and FOI Manager for a period of 3 months.My client is flexible around working arrangements and is able to offer a day working from home, and potentially a 4 day week.
In this role you will be responsible for the following;
- Logging complaints
- Writing responses to complaints
- Dealing with managers and other staff members to close out complaints in a timely manner
- Logging FOI
- Responding to FOI requests
To be considered for this position you must have experience in the NHS in a similar role and be available to start at the end of March / Early April.
