I am currently looking for a validation engineer for a 6 month contract to be based in the humberside area.The validation engineer
- The Validation Engineer is responsible for the preparation and implementation of validation protocols (qualification), ensuring these are delivered on time, and meeting all regulatory requirements
- The projects will cover factory equipment including packaging, processing and site services
- Writing and executing VMPs, IOQs, PQ protocols (CVs as a plus)
- Contact and Collect the required information to prepare protocols information internally: from the project engineer and the relevant people and externally: documentation rom suppliers, etc.
- Deliver written protocol by agreed dates, highlighting in a timely manner in case of blockers or issues
- Assure protocols circulation and approval, in order to be ready for execution on the agreed dates
- Assure all required materials, resources, equipment availability, planned together with the project engineer and involved parties, for the execution of the protocols
- Execute the protocols, liaising with the project engineer, operations and machine suppliers to achieve completion s planned
- Write final reports
- Rin gap assessments on existent protocols, identify the required actions for the closure and liaise with the involved parties for the completion.
- Open and manage Change Controls (Trackwise experience is a plus)
- Support CVs (Cleaning validation), swabbings, etc
- Degree in Engineering or related subject
2 - 5 years experience with similar roles.
-Project Management skills, with use of appropriate IT facilities/software.
- Multi-disciplinary background with mechanical bias is an advantage
