A key client is looking for a Business Change lead to work with the trust's senior management and EPR implementation team to deliver a business Change strategy for a large scale EPR implementation across an Acute organisation in Yorkshire.The main objective of this role is to design and develop a benefits package which effectively demonstrates the cost and time savings the new EPR will bring to the organisation along with the improvement to departmental services, upon being developed the role will then be to engage with the clinicians, stakeholders and management communicate these benefits effectively.
You will be responsible for a team of Business Change Analysts during this assignment with the objective of, gathering of departmental and trust wide requirements, process mapping and documenting results.
This will be a 6 month contract with a day rate on offer of £400-£425 per day.
