My client a world leading Media and Broadcasting organisation based in West London are looking to recruit an experienced Internal Comms Advisor to join their department on a contract for 3 months+.
Responsibilities:
Create, plan and deliver fresh communication strategies/campaigns to support the roll-out of (SAP) SuccessFactors, to include:-
- A comms plan for all phases of the implementation
- Work alongside the Academy and HR Transformation programmes linked to the (SAP) SuccessFactors project
- Work alongside the project's training team to ensure consistent and re-usable messaging and copy used across comms and training material
- Develop new and innovative methods of communicating and engaging with stakeholders (short videos/desk drops/How To guides etc.)
The manager is looking for an experienced hire who can hit the ground running.
The main key areas the client is looking for expertise in is:
- Previous experience in Internal Comms
- Previous experience in HR Change Programs
- Experience in working on New Product roll-outs.
- Have worked in large corporates
- Multiple platforms used (communication messages) eg Video, Email, Internet.
- Preferable have a media background
