We are delighted to introduce a newly created role with a national Asset management company for a dedicated and ambitious Marketing Administrator.
The company have been enjoying continued growth over the last 10 years and now have regional offices throughout the country maintaining a multi-branded approach to maximise on market share in their chosen environment
This exciting position has been created for an experienced Marketing Administrator with a broad range of experience.
The Role Will Include:
* Managing all Print and On-line Marketing material from design to distribution ensuring the marketing strategies and budgets are maintained
* Copywriting of design work produced by external bodies before submission to the operational team to submit to print
* Working closely with local agencies and suppliers maintaining a competitive edge and streamlined processes
* Attending marketing and key stakeholder meetings at sites throughout the UK to ensure a uniformed approach to branding
* Managing all the marketing and promotion for Open Days including presenting structured presentations
* Monitoring and maintaining social media groups and pages
* Editing web content using Base 2 Content Management System to ensure the content is in line with current market strategy
You will:
* Have a solid background in maintaining social media groups and blogs in line with a company strategy
* Have relevant experience in targeting a young demographic
* Have a keen eye to detail and experience of editing and copyrighting
* Accurate, professional and confident communicator with efficient, creative presentation skills
