Job Description: Change Administrator
Purpose: To manage the successful Rollout of company projects using Change Management BAU processes
Responsibilities:
Change Management role.
Ensure full compliance with all aspects of the Change Management process at all times. Review teleco company CR and MOP content for weekly rollout schedule versus the downtime scenarios & manage daily changes before Teleco company submit to Change Management Work with Teleco company Field Ops & Customer Experience Manager on assessing customer impacts per site upgrade/rollout and transmission upgrade proposals per week Help Teleco company get their CR's approved with Field Opts and Change Management & manage expectations on alterations which are expected to happen during a rollout Monitor site rollout tracker versus daily progress to ensure compliance within downtime tramlines & downtime scenarios Monitor programme status ref weekly downtime via Customer Experience Manager, Wireless Access Design & Delivery Service Assurance Manager Carryout end of month audit of all change requests logged ensuring all changes implemented successful contain a closed status. Filter out changes for CAB, by identify high priority changes such as HOC, BSC and SDH changes. Help Co-ordinate the editing of already scheduled change requests, thus helping out the any Field Opt where necessary. Trouble shooting skills required when change requests fail to implement successfully.General:
Participate in program meetings and calls Track daily fault tracker and provide updates to company of any ongoing issues Work closely with the SMC to monitor on non-project related outages which may put the rollout at risk
