Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in the East of England is recruiting for an interim Complaints Manager for a period of 3 - 4 months.In this role you will be responsible for the following;
- Managing a team of Complaints Handlers, PALS staff and admin staff
- Dealing with a backlog of complaints
- Responding to complaints in writing
- F2F meetings with complainants
- Resolution meetings
To be considered for this role you must have experience within the NHS in a similar role.
