My client, an NHS organisation based in the East of England is recruiting for an interim Complaints Manager for a period of 3 - 4 months.

In this role you will be responsible for the following;
  • Managing a team of Complaints Handlers, PALS staff and admin staff
  • Dealing with a backlog of complaints
  • Responding to complaints in writing
  • F2F meetings with complainants
  • Resolution meetings


To be considered for this role you must have experience within the NHS in a similar role.

My client is looking for someone to start ASAP.
