Our client is establishing a profile Centre of Excellence development unit in Romania. The Unit will be part of the Services of Romania entity and will provide Development, Maintenance & Support and Consultancy services . The countries in scope for the first phase are: Romania, Italy, Czech, Spain and France. For this project we are looking for a Senior IT BA/Project Manager (Bank/Outsource) who is able to quickly integrate into the environment and pick up the important aspects of the project. Furthermore is willing and able to work in an international environment and travel if needed.
Profile Senior IT BA/Project Manager (Bank/Outsource) (QR3226)
• Professional and intellectual ability at higher vocational education (HBO) or university level.
Experience and Knowledge Senior IT BA/Project Manager (Bank/Outsource) (QR3226)
• Over 2 years of Banking & IT experience
• Experience with outsourcing and offshoring
• Excellent planning, consultancy and communication skills
• Proven experience in getting things done without functional or hierarchical mandate
• Manages stakeholders and builds bridges

• Conceptually and analytically strong
• Strong in powerpoint and relation tools, creating story lines
• Collaborative skills
• Building business cases
