Description
eCRM Euro are looking for Experts on the OandM of communication products. We expect that you are familiar with the communication current products along the whole process from RandD to after-sales services and OandM policies, schemes, processes, and tools that are provided to customers.
Especially how to notify engineers and customers in time of software and hardware bugs that may incur network risks (pre-warning/rectification notice/bulletin) and how to follow up, troubleshoot, and eliminate risks effectively.
Job Description
Give reports on the communication product pre-warning and rectification management schemes, processes, and bulletin templates (including engineering and maintenance stages) for product software and hardware bugs.
Formulate a panorama of tools that are involved in the pre-warning and rectification of product software and hardware bugs based on the preceding processes.
Give reports on the communication release strategies for carrier customers concerning about the pre-warning and rectification of product software and hardware bugs.
Give reports on the communication troubleshooting and elimination schemes for product software and hardware bugs.
Give reports on the communication schemes and processes of network risk management.
Qualifications
You have at least five years of experience in operating and maintaining the communication products and are familiar with the E2E OandM process of the communication products from RandD to after-sales service.
You have been in charge of the pre-warning and rectification implementation of the communication products in a carriers network and have actual operation experience.
