Social Media Manager

Description

Clever Dog Creative is seeking a Social Media Manager for managing client business social media platforms. This is a freelance position. Must have experience using social media in a professional setting, be creative and think outside the box to find innovate ways to connect with consumers on social. The ideal candidate will understand the concept of developing a consistent brand personality and sticking to that tone of voice throughout all conversations.

Strong writing skills are helpful as they apply in a social media setting. Individuals must be reliable and organized, able to meet deadlines and have strong communication skills. This is a work-from-home position. The perfect candidate will be self-motivated, dedicated to quality customer service and willing to go the extra mile for a job well done.

This position will start out on a trial basis, and more work will be rewarded as the candidate proves he or she meets the qualifications required to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

Content creation, including text and graphics

Using social media analytics to cater content strategy for the best page performance

Scheduling content, keeping audience analytics in mind for optimal performance

Communicating with Clever Dog team and client regarding content tweaks and performance

Engagement on Facebook and Twitter platforms

Creation of regular analytics reports for clients

Qualifications

A passion for social media

Strong communication skills in a virtual setting

Experience using social media outlets for a professional purpose - High degree of responsibility and self-motivation

Exceptional time management and prioritization

Quality writing skills

Obviously creative

Experience building brand awareness a plus
