Office Coordinator / Facility Coordinator Junior (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Purchase Orders Management (warehouse, office, facilities)
- Suppliers Contracts Management
- Handle the payout of the invoices, the reminders' receipts, dispatch and checks
- Travel Expenses compliance check, breach report, approval, reports scanning and filling on behalf of the Financial Facility Manager
- Handle print-out, signature and sending of tax reports on monthly basis
- Lead with integrity managing key Senior Commercial Stakeholders expectations
- Leading issue resolution - process/system capabilities training when required
- Ensure translations on requests
- Act as receptionist and local assistant : hospitality services for internal staff and guests, cafeteria and meeting rooms management

- Able to flex his/her style in the relationships with different roles within Sales
- Disciplined & rigorous in operating practices
- Proactive, autonomous
- Team player in a multifunctional environment
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in different situations
- Advanced in English, Fluent in French ( German plus)
- Knowledge of technology supported platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Internet access, PowerPoint, SAP and more)
