My global blue chip client is looking for a highly skilled hands on Instructional Designer to be responsible for the design and delivery of a learning and performance solutions
Key challenges
Design and development of learning products aligned to core Group content incorporating segment/entity specific components
Design and development of blended learning solutions which can be integrated with the
OMS Academy Resource Centre and measured with MtM. This includes working with the clients learning tools (Mohive), video and animations, and various content management
systems.
Work closely with the Online and Informal Learning Development team to create resources for classroom and online instructor led development programs.
