SAP HCM Senior Consultant
Location: Brussels
Duration: 9 months
Start Date: ASAP
The Hydrogen Group are currently looking for a SAP HCM consultant to work on a project for a global organisation firm in Belgium. You will ideally have previously worked in a consulting environment and be a client facer.
You will also have strong business analysis skills and be highly experienced in writing full functional specifications and be able to present these in a structured and precise manner. You will have a thorough knowledge of the processes involved around taking user requirement and be used to working in a high pressure environment where information can often be hard to come by.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- 8 years HCM including four end to end solutions implementations
- In depth knowledge of SAP HCM
- Knowledge of On Demand, Talent Management & success Factors
- Global rollout experience
- Blueprint design
- Leading and working with clients at a senior level
- The ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best solution possible using SAP.
- Specific knowledge of more than one industry sector
- Knowledge of associated SAP industry solutions, eg Public & Private sectors
- Good balance of experience in solution design, configuration and testing
