Progressive Global Energy are working in partnership with a leading Renewable Energy contractor in seeking a QA/HSE Manager.The company have expanded significantly over the past 4 years to reflect the ever expanding wind industry with operations Western Europe, Africa and Australia.
THE ROLE
To implement and maintain the new online Quality Management System based ISO 9001:2008
Management of the company's QMS Documentation
Internal Auditing
Project Specific Quality Plans
Project Non Conformance Management
Supplier non conformance management
Ensuring strategic quality targets are set, monitored and analysed.
Communicate with all parties to ensure any issues or non-conformance are investigated, logged and preventative measures are identified before being closed out.
Drive continuous improvement, key changes and best practises in site quality systems.
Oversee Health and Safety ensuring all employees on site adhere to and employ safe systems of work.
For this position I require someone with the following;
Internal/Lead ISO 9001:2008 Auditor
Experience in the implementation and maintenance of QHSE Management systems conversant to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001
Must have previous experience in wind turbine industry, with practical knowledge essential.
Motivated, able to work on own initiative.
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a wide variety of people.
Proficient use of IT systems including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and influence people.
