Risk and Controls SME - Banking - Contract - London - £650A Risk and Controls SME is required for a rather interesting project with one of my key accounts. This position is seeking someone to assist in impacting their HR risk and controls, to restructure their programmes and processes to align with a new regulation.
As this is a new regulation, my client is looking for someone who is good at breaking down confusing and difficult regulatory jarogn and is able to interpret this to the team. Whilst this may appear an advisory role, my client has specified that it is imperative that the candidate has a good understanding of the implementation side as this position has scope to grow considerably!
Whilst this role may sound junior, the role necessitates a very strong understanding of the regulatory and internal governance requirements, specifically in relation to key risk reporting for the Structural Reform Programme (SRP).
Key skills will be:
-A strong Financial Services background
Extensive Change management experience
-Detailed knowledge of risk management and regulatory advancements
-Able to thing strategically
-previous experience managing and delivering regulatory driven projects
-Knowledge of HR Risk related issues within Financial services
-High quality design and development reports and management information (MI)
-Experience managing end to end TOM
-Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
