Description
Community Manager, ideally with public sector experience, required for initial 5 month contract with public sector organisation in Glasgow.
Duties will include:
- Find where discussions are happening and identify the key themes and the key voices and grow an active community around the social justice conversation
- Source guest blog content, create unique blog content and publish regularly
- Manage social media channels, including interactions, conversations, moderations and responding to channels, reply etc.
Experience required:
- Excellent written communication skills, especially for web copy and copy appropriate for social media channels
- Demonstrable experience of producing unique, engaging and high quality content
- Community management experience
- Excellent understanding of the social media landscape
Candidates will be expected to either already hold a valid Disclosure Scotland certificate or be willing and able to apply for one prior to CV submittal to the client.
