- Deliver high quality clear choice options (including estimates & recommendations) to enable informed business decisions
- Deliver high quality IR (Initial Request), BRD (Business Requirements Document), Technical program specifications
- Ensure the use of standard methods/processes to deliver projects that adhere to client project management methodologies
- Consider implementation aspects of change in early stages, including potential business/operational and technical impacts
- Continually seeks ways to improve processes and enhance internal/external customer satisfaction
- Possesses expertise in one or more functional areas with capacity and desire to expand
- Excellent MARKIT EDM experience.
Customers/Stakeholders
- Proactively interacts with delivery partners to ensure the needs of the business are met
- Ensures partners have an accurate understanding of requirements and their responsibilities
- Validates estimates and timelines
Represent business requirements throughout project life cycle
- Managing operational change, caused by upgrades, enhancements, new offerings, etc.
- Educating and assisting in maximizing the use of existing solutions and exploiting other strategic tools to best effect (eg GCD, GWMI)
- Optimizing the customer experience back to front
- Challenging existing processes and identifying workarounds for Legacy systems
Operational Effectiveness & Control
- Monitoring and managing operational performance, capacity issues, etc.
- Elicit documentation that meets RBPM and Project Process Delivery standards.
- Deliver on assignments/projects using the appropriate technologies and tools including Group standards.
- Comply with Client Internal Control Standards and Group Compliance Policy.
- Make recommendations for cost effective solutions.
- Complete other responsibilities, as assigned.
