Description
For one of our projects at the European Parliament in Brussels, we are urgently looking for a Computer Associates Service Desk technical expert.
Technical experience (configuration, customisation) on Computer Associates Service Desk is a must. This is a technical hands-on role.
Your daily tasks would include:
- Computer Associates' Service Desk Manager configuration
- Computer Associates' Service Desk Manager customisation
- Draft and implement architectural design for Computer Associates' Service Desk Manager deployment
- Deploy Service Desk in the development environment
- Liaise with the Data Centre for the operations of the production Service Desk instance
- Support the Service Desk project manager in the implementation of the required changes to the Service Desk assets
- Support the Service Desk service manager in the delivery of the service
For this role you need to have minimum 6 years of experience in IT of which at least 3 years, in the related field. (CA Service Desk)
You would be working on-site at the European Parliament as an Everis- employee or freelance consultant.
