Verification Engineer - Contract - Cambridgeshire - £40 per hourOne of my world leading clients based in Cambridgeshire are looking to take on a number of contract verification engineers. I am looking for an experienced engineer who will be capable of working within a team through all stages of the design flow.
Essential skills and experience:
* Substantial experience of RTL design for complex ASIC products
* Ability to make trade-offs between power, performance and area appropriately to meet the requirements of the product
* Exposure to all stages of the design cycle: initial concept, specification, implementation and testing, documentation and support
* Experience producing specifications and documentation describing complex designs
* Ability to work under time-scale pressure and meet aggressive targets without compromising on quality
* Understanding of the fundamentals of computer architecture
* Significant technical team leadership experience, including planning, managing tasks and driving delivery to specification and schedule
