Service Asset Manager
Our Banking client is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Service Asset Manager to join their Edinburgh based team for 6 months initial contract.
The Service Asset Manager will help to stand-up a robust CIO Service Delivery function for our client during Separation design and Business Proving by melding both internal and strategic outsourced supplier capability.
With our client, your role will entail:
*Govern and performance manage strategic partners contracted to deliver Change, Release, Service Transition and configuration management services
*Manage Production Change Advisory Board & process
*Implement production release and change management policies and standards for the bank
*Oversee appropriate due diligence of change requests
*Ensure appropriate representation for key change & release decisions
*Identify release, deployment and change management process improvement opportunities
*Oversee transitioning of services
*Govern the service asset and configuration management process - maintain the configuration management strategy
*Manage software licences and other technology assets
*Govern process interface dependencies between change and other processes are effective
You will have:
*Expert in the ITIL IT Asset and Configuration management
*Stakeholder management experience
*experience working with a configuration management team
