Description
We are currently hiring for a part-time freelance writer to join our team as the Social Media Content Manager. The freelancer will be responsible for:
Writing bi-weekly, 500 word blog posts Writing press releases Posting on social media pages including Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, and Facebook
The right candidate will be self-motivated and willing to learn & take direction, have great communication skills and the ability to create engaging, informative, shareable content.
Requirements:
1+ years' experience Excellent command of the English language and grammar Wordpress knowledge Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like Hootsuite Experience creating and maintaining a content calendar Experience with Google Analytics Experience writing for SEO is a plus Experience with travel writing or hotel/vacation rental reviews a plus
Workloads range from 5-10 hours per week. Pay is $15/hour.
All work can be done off-site, but writer must live in Los Angeles or the surrounding area.
