Project Manager - CRM, MS Dynamics

On behalf of my client who is a Global System Integrator with a t/o in excess of $6bn, GIOS Technology are looking to support them at a local level for a Project Manager - CRM, MS Dynamics to be based in Paris for a 6m contract.

*Job Description

To manage and ensure that the project schedules are adhered to as per the client specifications and deliveries are as per the time and quality standards.

(1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
(2.) Raising risks| issues and escalation to senior management and customer
(3.) To create all quality documents| collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
(4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards
(5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance| and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents

Additional requirement

At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in experience in the management of CRM systems especially MS Dynamics;
CRM Project Managers with a proven track record in multiple implementations as project manager.
Professional certification(s) or relevant experience in the related specialized areas;
Ability to write in English and French to the highest standard and be able to work in both languages;
Should be able to manage MS Dynamics implementation in onsite - offshore model.
Expert reasonable efforts for the defined and contractual requirements of the project
Liaise with Customer and Client as required at intervals specified in the project or quality plans
Resolve queries and problems on an ad hoc basis
Provide timely and accurate progress reports to the Project Steering Committee
Notify management of the requirements for resources in order to give sufficient lead times for the resource to be made available
Make timely decisions on changes to specifications, project allocations, technical programs, user and project priorities in order to minimize disruption and cost overruns for the project
Review schedule changes and identify the impact on the organization in order to determine whether the change can be absorbed or requires a change of schedule/resource assignment
See that the project stays within its original objectives, or any contractual changes as agreed, in order to use project resources effectively and efficiently
Administer the change control procedures such that all changes to project scope are adequately controlled, agreed with the Customer Project Manager and that contractual cover is secured for any additional budget and/or time changes
