My client, a leading provider within the financial services sector and one of the UK's leading banks, is looking for a Solution Design Re-Structuring Team Lead to join their team. They require a candidate who will support Personal and Business Banking (P&BB), as well as Bank Wide initiatives, to realise strategic objectives through the delivery of end-to-end design. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solution Design Leader to influence the Bank's future direction and market position.
The successful Solution Design Re-Structuring Team Lead will be reporting to the Solution Design Manager and will undertake the Solution Design for independent projects, providing delivery of end to end design. They will drive innovation and shape future transition state needs and capabilities requirements. The role will involve stakeholder management and collaboration with internal change teams.
To be successful, candidates should offer:
* Experience in a lead role within Solution Deign in the Financial Services sector.
* Experience creating business processes.
* Implementation experience
* Strong transitional analysis skills
* Experience in legal entity, mergers or business integration
* Extensive experience working with Target Operating Models.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
The contract will initially be for a 6 month time period; however there is a possibility for extension. The role will be paying a maximum rate of £600 a day, dependent on experience.
