Electronics Design Engineer/Hardware Design - CONTRACT
Duration: Initially 6 months with very likely longer term extensions beyond
Rate: Negotiable per hour
Location: Yorkshire
Our innovitive Electronics client urgently requires the services of an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to add value to a number of new projects.
Our client is looking for an Electronics/Hardware Design Engineer who has the following skills/experience:
* Design of low power devices using cortex M0, M3/4 etc
* Some knowledge of RF )
* Battery technologies
* Able to write product design specification
* Hardware validation
* External approvals
* Schematic design skills (note our CAD Engineer to generate the PCB and schematics)
* Component selection
* Able to work to quality systems
* Some knowledge of wired alarm systems may be useful
