An exciting opportunity to work within a Clinical Commissioning Group for someone that has experience within Patient Safety.The ideal candidate would nee to have experience in writing and reviewing serious incidents and putting the through the STEIS system, be able to provide monthly/quarterly reports on trends and themes to help try and prevent future incidents occurring.
