Resource Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Resource Manager to join one of the Leading Digital Agencies in London on a contract basis!
For this contract you will be undertaking the following activities:
- Understand the prioritisation of projects.
- Manage all resource planning, forecasting and deployment.
- Identify shortfalls in resources in conjunction with Service Design Director & Programme Director
- Work with the Project Managers/PMO to understand resource requirements and timeframes of projects
- Work with the Programme Director and Service Design Director to resolve resourcing conflicts and understand resourcing priorities.
- Negotiate with the other offices in the acquisition of talent when available resources are short.
- Attend weekly scheduling calls to determine supply/demand requests across Digital
- To work with the Line Managers to ensure thorough knowledge of people's skillsets, objectives and aspirations
- In collaboration with the Line Managers, Programme Director & Service Design Director, contribute to the continued development of skills and experience of the team
You will need proven experience working in Digital/Creative Agency running similar activities in the position of Resource Manager in order to be considered for this contract.
You must also be a proficient MAC user as well as being experienced in using Social Media for Candidate attraction/engagement.
