Description
- The customer is currently looking to strengthen their team within Business Architecture and their ongoing transformation-program. The assignments are initially scheduled until December last, but will most likely be extended in 2016.
- Drive the implementation of and compliance to the Information Governance framework across the business, work with business and projects to map information needs including creation of definitions and business rules.
- Assist the information Governance Manager in developing and aligning policies, standards and operating procedures.
- Identifying Data Stewards per entity domain
Coordinate Data Stewards - Set up and chair Data Steward Forums, - Act as contact point for documenting and distributing changes to rules and definitions
Educate relevant parties about information governance, work flows and information maintenance procedures and tools. - Assist Business Entity Owners and Data Stewards in specifying data quality targets.
- Work together with information Stewards and Business Entity Owners to ensure good practices for information capture and design are shared across the organization
- Take part in the startup of new projects and business changes to support and ensure adherence to the common definitions and the information Governance Policy
- Ensure daily operational information governance work is done, eg reports are send out, data clean-up jobs are executed, workflows exist and work around the Business Information Model, changes to existing information definitions and business rules etc.
- Build logical information models - Assemble and consolidate business information (about data entities) and interpret into a logical data model that accurately reflects the data enity.
- Store,maintain and publish definitions and business rules to ensure reuse and visibility across the enterprise
Requirements:
The mandatory abilities are:
- Bachelor degree in relevant area
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of the Business Strategy and IT Strategy.
- Project management skills
- Change management skills
- Good knowledge of Process management
Excellent skills in English, fluent in both written and spoken
