Description
Asset Optimisation Specialist required to join a private investment firm who have recently acquired a new business and are looking to maximise their return on investment. In this key role you will work closely with the board to assess the current state, provide options for moving forward and potentially lead the approach once it has been defined.
As the successful candidate you will demonstrate:
- A background in PE or Investment businesses and strong experience working with boards to design investment profitability and growth design strategies.
- Intimate knowledge of the facilities services/commercial property sector
- Gravitas, commercial and experience working at board/exec level.
- Strategic thinking and ability to articulate growth and investment options along with the implementation blueprint.
Estimated duration: 3 months
Rate: £900 - £1100 based on experience
