Project Manager - Develop Training methodology - End User satisfaction - IT Training - Vendor
For a mission of about 3 to 4 months, we are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on a global project.
Your tasks:
- Training need analysis
- Assess End Users Satisfaction: metrics like eNPS, off-the-shelf solutions
- Develop the training methodology and concept
- Assess and explore vendors to support the training content development and training execution
- Define and design an end-user IT self-service portal to report and log the issues
- Work with external vendors to develop the IT self-service portal
Please note WE ARE NOT looking for an IT TRAINER.
This is a high level project of working with the external partners to deliver the training materials and also analysing and understanding the critical IT training needs for the upcoming IT changes.
You must speak fluent English and must have had similar experience.
