Description

Social Media/Recruitment Admin Assistant is required ASAP to join an expanding, recognised and respected IT search brand based closed to Bristol, UK. What stands us apart is our autonomous working environment, supportive and highly knowledgeable management (also still hands on billers), our unique approach, and our impressive year on year significant increase in turnover and growth. Working alongside senior recruitment associates and directors in an exciting and highly varied role, you will play a key part in supporting our major FTSE 100 customers across Europe as well as developing those clients and helping to grow the portfolio.

We require an articulate, hardworking and outgoing graduate with very strong communication skills (both over the phone and using social media sites) to join a growing team

Day to day role will involve

  • Booking appointments using linked-in and other networking sites
  • Marketing and advertising duties
  • Keeping in touch with candidates and clients
  • Updating the database
  • Ad-hoc recruitment admin support

Essential experience must include

  • Previous experience in an admin/support role ideally in a recruitment/sales/or marketing company
  • Excellent communication skills and rapport building skills
  • Outgoing, energetic and hardworking attitude

This could be a fantastic fast-track opportunity to progress to a high earning and full time sales role or a full time operational role or an opportunity for a gap year student or similar.
