Montash have been engaged by our global insurance client, to source a talented functional analyst to support a rollout of a new workflow tool and document imaging system.
You will be responsible for reviewing business requirements,ensure it is fit for purpose and to produce the functional specifications, use cases and other documentation.
The Document Management system has an excess of 1000 users in 53 countries. It is being replaced by a platform built on the IBM technology filenet stack.
Essential Skills
- Experience in Document Management Systems or Enterprise content Management systems,
- Experience in Workflows
- Ability to produce functional specifications/Use Cases
- Experience in reviewing business requirements
