Senior/Principal IT Recruitment Consultant wanted for a lucrative recruitment career with a fantastic global recruitment company!

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, headhunting and matching candidates to your clients' permanent vacancies. You will need to learn, understand and integrate into your clients teams and departments to ensure that you at harmonizing both candidate and client requirements.

The role:
  • 2-3 year's previous Senior or Principal recruitment experience is essential
  • IT recruitment experience is essential
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, confidence, motivated, a solid work ethic and enthusiasm
  • Generating leads and developing business relationships with new and existing clients
  • Creating your own network of candidates through creative advertising, headhunting, job boards, professional networking sites and our £10 million internal database
  • Acting as a mediator in negotiating with your clients and candidates to secure placements
