Finance Project Manager needed for an exciting contract :You will be responsible for the final stages of testing & launch of a new Promotional Evaluation and Planning system.
You will be supporting the testing, launch and post-go live activities necessary for a successful go live of the Promotional Evaluation and Planning system, otherwise known as 'POPS'. Hence you will play an important role in implementing major cross-functional business process changes to drive a step change in revenue management best practice in the Off Trade.
Complete user acceptance testing for promotional evaluation ('POPS') system
Support Off Trade Finance team in transition to go live of POPS, in particular ensuring integrity of Annual plan P&Ls by account & for total Off Trade channel and a smooth transition from the current Excel based tools governing Monthly financial forecasting
Support/lead training for financial processes and those with a finance impact; launch & embed new PE process & controls in 'business as usual'
Support Revenue Controller where needed in developing promotional analytics from the PE system
Finance SME (subject matter expert) inputting business requirements into design of phase 2 change requests and testing functionality once developed
Input Finance requirements into design of new module to manage Trade Terms (if approved)
What qualifications do you need?
Qualified/part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc)
Implementation of TPM/ Promotional evaluation systems
Excellent communications skills
Exposure to SAP is needed - previous SAP projects
Good Commercial awareness as well as deep Finance process understanding
Analytical and logical problem solving skills
Preferably a good business understanding of FMCG industry
